  • What forms of payment do we accept?

    We accept Cash, Zelle, or online bank payments.

  • How do I get a quote for a specific project?

    Each project is unique and needs its own special quote. Please use the quote form found on the contact us  page and provide as much detail as possible. We will get back to you within 24-48 business hours with you specialized quote. 

  • Do you have a portfolio of past work I can view?

    Please check out our Gallery  page to see some of our past work. You can also check us out on Instagram  or Facebook

  • Can I provide my own materials for custom designs or alterations?

    Absolutely! You are more than welcome to bring your own materials for a custom project or alterations. Please make sure all used garments are freshly cleaned before you bring them for alterations.

  • What is your policy on revisions or adjustments after a project is completed?

    Once a garment is completed, we will schedule your pick-up. Please make sure you try on your garment before you leave the shop to ensure you are happy with the final fit. If something needs to be adjusted, we will do our best to fix it ASAP. Once a garment is taken home you are agreeing that you are happy with the way everything fits. Any Alterations needed in the future will be charged accordingly. 

  • How should I care for my custom-designed garments or altered items?

    Each garment has its own special needs. Please don't hesitate to ask us how to take care of your one-of-a-kind garments!

  • Do you offer consultations for custom design projects?

    Yes! Please fill out the quote form  with as many details as possible. Please specify that you would like to set up a consultation and we will reach out to you within 24-48 business hours.

  • What are the pricing guidelines for your services?

    Each garment is unique and requires its own quote. Please feel free to contact us with any questions requiring prices.

  • What is the typical turnaround time for alterations or custom designs?

    The typical turn around for alterations is 1-3 weeks depending on how busy the shop is and how complicated/Big the order or alterations is. Bridal alterations typically take closer to 4-6 weeks. Custom design projects can take up to 8-12 weeks. Rush services maybe available with a small charge depending on availability. Please contact us to confirm our current turnaround time. 

  • What services does Julie Dee Designs offer?

    Julie Dee Designs provides a wide range of sewing and design services. 


    Custom Designs: We specialize in professional Hollywood-level costumes and formal wear. Julie and Dee have each been sewing since they were 16. We have made everything from wedding dress to   cosplay characters. Please take a look at our Gallery page to see some of our past work.


    Alterations: Both Julie and Dee are qualified to alter any garment from bridal and formal wear to simple pant hems.


    Embroidery: We have an industrial embroidery machine that is able to emborder on a wide range of garments including but not limited to Hats, Clothing, socks and Backpacks.


    Vinyl Decals: We have the ability to turn your logo or design into a decal. We use a combination of Sublimation and vinyl to bring your logo to life. We can also add embellishments like rhinestones to almost any garment. 



  • How do I request a custom design or alteration?

    Please use our online quote form to start the process of your custom design or alteration.  Please include as much information as possible so we can give you an accurate quote. We will reach out within 24-48 business hours with your custom quote. If you need a rush service, please call us and we will get back to you as soon as possible. 

  • When Do I Pay for my services?

    All payment is due when your project begins. If services are added as your project progress you will be notified and charged accordingly. 

  • What happens if I have a problem with my project?

    Please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to work with you to rectify the problem. 

  • Can I Change my order once its placed?

    Typically, no! Please be confident in your choices once your project starts and double check all details. Contact us as soon as possible if you realize there was a mistake on your order form, and we will do our best to adjust your project if it has not started. If your project is already in production, we may not be able to accommodate your change.
